...say Radhae Krishna!
It was Bavi's marriage and who do I see there: Baala Maami and Indru Maami. I was just touched. That was one of the greatest and most blissful thing to happen at the Sri Chandrashekara Bharathi Kalyana Mantapa. I think it had something to do with the location of the marriage, the name of one guru blessing with the presence of another. I couldn't talk, emotions overflowed. I just couldn't tell Baala Maami as to how happy I was!!! Everyone there got excited and we all took Baala Maami and Indru Maami to where Bavi was. Both of them blessed Bavi. We made them sit there, have breakfast and we all stood with them and got photos clicked by Sekar Maama who has become a family friend now. Those photos have come out really well. [hold your breath, you will see a photo pretty soon]
I got a chair just next to Baala Maami and had a wonderful time sitting there. I wanted to tell her how happy I was, but words failed, but I could see that she knew it. Of course, right? Indru Maami was silently sitting next to her Guru and watching the proceedings, as usual, the quiet self she is. Maami was asking me if we would come for Saptaaham and I said we are looking forward to it. She asked me - Will you get a break in between office work so that you can come and have food? I said Yes. She said - You should come.
Baala Maami wanted to leave and she asked me to get paayasam because it is not good to leave without having anything. I asked her to have lunch itself but they got dissuaded looking at the crowd. Kumaran was taking of the arrangements there and he said the crowd had finished their food and he asked me to request them to have food. I obeyed and Baala Maami and Indru Maami obliged.
I just knelt down beside them till they finished their meal. They liked the food. It gave me a lot of time to be with them. Akila joined after a while. Here is something interesting that happened. I was telling Maami about the talk Swami Brahmananda gave at Sri Ramana Maharishi Heritage Center in Sanjayanagar and how he started with a Bhajan -

I just could not sing the 2nd line at all because of the emotions that welled up from within. Maami said Guru is someone who comes from inside!!! Could it be more true? It came directly from the Guru!!!
There was an exit directly from the dining hall and they left from there. Maami asked me to convey her regards to all and asked us to be present at the Saptaaham starting July 22nd. We are all eager. I asked Akila to get the Tamboolam, and off she went.
Now, I called for an Auto and asked if he would be willing to go to Malleshwaram. He asked which Cross, Maami said 10th. He agreed. Maami said Radhae Krishna before getting into the Auto, I just folded my hands in a Namaskaram and touched her feet. Both of them got into the Auto and Maami again said Radhae Krishna. I was immersed in happiness, when Maami snapped in and said - Radhe Krishna Sollu [Say Radhae Krishna]. I said Radhae Krishna and the Auto left. Akila came with the Tamboolam, but saw that both of them had left.
In all the time Baala Maami was there, she was beaming up her smile at everyone!!!
